We had well over 100 people at the Wells this weekend for the final presentation of Dramatically Able, PIRATES IN PERIL. It was fantastic, and the kids and parents were so proud of getting to perform in the Wells Theatre itself!
Dramatically Able is a partnership with Access Virginia, made possible by Art Works and the Virginia Commission for the Arts.
Children who are blind and visually impaired are introduced to all the aspects of the theatre through dramatic activities that help develop verbal and non-verbal communication skills, while building self-esteem, increasing self-awareness, and improving self-confidence.
